5. Payments, Chargebacks & Refunds

When agreeing to join our coaching program, you understand that:

A. Certain services offered on our website may require payment. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the specified fees and any applicable taxes.

B. All payments made for our Services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

C. In the event of a dispute or disagreement regarding a payment made for our Services, you agree to contact our customer support team first to attempt to resolve the issue. Chargebacks should only be initiated as a last resort.

D. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us and attempting to resolve the issue may be considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you initiate unauthorized chargebacks.

E. If you believe you have a legitimate reason for a chargeback, please contact us at support@freedomcoachingacademy.com to initiate a resolution process. We will investigate the matter and work with you in good faith to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

F. In the event that you initiate an unauthorized chargeback, we may impose a chargeback fee to cover the costs associated with such actions. This fee will be added to the original amount of the chargeback.

G. If you have an outstanding chargeback or unpaid fees, we may suspend or terminate your access to our Services until the matter is resolved, and any outstanding payments are received.

6. Non-Payment

In the event of non-payment or late payment for our Services, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

A. Suspension Of Services: We may suspend your access to our Services until the outstanding payment is received in full.

B. Interest & Late Fees: We may charge interest and late fees on overdue payments in accordance with applicable laws.

C. Collections: If your account remains in arrears for an extended period, we may engage a collections agency to recover the outstanding debt. You agree to reimburse us for any costs or fees associated with collection efforts.

7. Money-Back Guarantee

This commitment includes starting ad campaigns and creating a Facebook Group, as outlined in our course.

We have confidence in our Freedom Coaching Academy Training Systems, not just in the content we provide, but also in the potential return on your investment.

If you fully participate in the program, complete all of the work for all modules, bonus modules, attend all coaching calls, training sessions (both live and in person), and can show proof that you’ve finished all each module and applied all the steps, we guarantee that you will 10x your investment within 12 months from the time you start the course.

To be eligible for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee, you must:

A. Watch all of the videos in each of the modules. Ensure that you thoroughly understand the content before moving on to the next video.

B. Attend all coaching calls and training sessions, both live and in person.

C. Complete and implement all the steps from each module.

D. Start ad campaigns as per the instructions provided in the modules.

F. Document your progress and maintain evidence of your work for the entire 12 months.

B. Attorney’s Fees: In the event of a legal dispute or legal action initiated by us, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs incurred in enforcing these Terms or pursuing legal remedies.

C. Equitable Relief: We may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent ongoing violations of these Terms or to protect our intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other valuable assets.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any legal actions arising out of these Terms shall be filed in the appropriate court of that jurisdiction.
